Ponyo to open on over 800 theaters.

Looks like I'm in the minority here. Maybe I just don't like how Disney has the trailers make it seem like it's only for kiRAB, but it seems to me like this is just being made to fill the quota of putting out a new Ghibli film every few years. This one doesn't seem like anything special to me...

    Your Most Hated Song

Spinning Wheel by Blood sweat & tears is tied with Rubber Band Man by a 70's soul group I can't recall the name of. Hell on earth on for me when I was a little girl when they came on the radio.

    One Band

I completely concur with the original post:PINK FLOYD. I have always jokingly said to my wife:if I am ever in a coma, play me DOGS from ANIMALS- the guitar hook that is repeated throughout resonates with me so much. I really hate the fact that Floyd have never truly got the recognition they...

Should musicians be on more than 30k a year

I wasn't debating, I was arguing the fact that the idea is completely stupid. A debate is having the ability to accept the other side's views, which is not possible in this thread because the other side's views are stupid... more or less.

My list of "100 things that annoy me about music"!

Well it's my opinion. I just ignore people who want to start a fight. --- Besides, I've had a very rough day... my rottweiler died this morning... on my lap on the way back from the vets... he had a heart attack :( Thus my signature. I don't have the energy to fight back anymore.

    Best Albums Pre-60

Soul is mostly 60's. Early R&B is what you want to look for. You missed Nat King Cole and Ray Charles! Howlin' Wolf, Sonny Boy Williamson and Muddy Waters should be included too.
