Far from it, it had the second highest Box Office opening behind only Star Wars Episode 3. I think for the first 2 days it is only behind Episode 3, Spider-Man, Harry Potter 4 and Shrek 2. It took $32.5 million on its opening day in the US. From Superherohype.com

Went to see it - whizzed past (think it's only 70 minutes long?). It's quite funny in places, but overall pretty average. Didn't take itself too seriously - literally every second was a spoof or joke. Worth a watch if you're a fan of the Scary/Date/Epic Movie stuff.

That's about right for Hollywood. They get 25 year olRAB to play mid teens and 15 year olRAB to play adults.
