I so agree, they were definately the best films, and I can still watch them over and over again. The 2nd set just don't have the same impact. My 2 7yr old granRABons have just discovered Star Wars and are totally enthralled by them.( that is epi 4,5,6.)

Erm, fair enough. Im sure some people do like the style, but in my opinion, for a film like this, I'd like to see more of the transformers, rather than just a few flashes of them, thats all.

I don't think it would overly effect it's UK box office performance. A bit yes, but not to the point where our film council would reject it. What you have to remember when people say "we're just the same" or "we're nearly as bad" is, we can't be. Only about 40% percent of Brits are religious...

While dual format players are a good idea,neither Blu-Ray or HDDVD are allowing one to be marketed at the moment. LG require a licence for either format so they still can't sell them without support from both camps. But give it 6 months. When Sony realise the PS3 is not the Blu-Ray wondertool...

I watched it last night and I loved it. Definitely on par with the first film, and in some places even better. Both Ashley Tisdale & Lucas Grabreel were fantastic in the movie - it was so nice to see more of Ryan. Lots of very good songs in there e.g. I don't dance, What time is it?, Fabulous...
