is there such a significant difference between adobe photoshop cs4 and adobe photoshop cs3, that i couldnt use a book on cs3 to learn cs4?

i want to download a trial of Adobe Photoshop CS4 Extended in Polish. the adobe website says it's available in polish, but i dont see an option for polish download. does it exist, and if so, where can i find it? thanks. amir, i was already there. when i try downloading it though, there is no...
