My finnish friend started clapping at the end of Kick Ass. He was the only one in the whole cinema who done clapped and was amazed that no one else did. I had to explain that it's not a thing usually done here while trying not to laugh at all the funny looks he was getting :D

Just watched Stardust - WONDERFUL movie - Very old fashioned, light characterisation, but it had a wodnerful light touch, a great sense of humour, and some fantastic ideas an effects. It looked beautfiul as well.

Oo I love loaRAB of films but there is one that is ahead of any film I have ever seen (and I've seen lots!)..... And that is 12 Monkeys. Absolute gem of a movie. Fantastic cast, brilliant storyline and you could not ask for a better and more unexpected ending. Love it. :)
