You can in a psychology class...Riseagainst, 'good music' isn't something you can explain with nurabers. Because someone lacks technical skill doesn't mean they can't write a good song. You don't need extensive training in music theory to write a good melody, and you don't have to take poetry...

In the example I cited (One Piece), it DOES have a purpose: verisimilitude. It's not realistic for characters that come from different nations all over the world to all speak with the same accent.
