The report function is preferred Angel. If we should ever get another mod or whatever then they would also get the report. This goes for any group. The report function goes to all the mods of the group rather than a PM which may not be responded to right away. I know I'm quicker to respond to...

Does it change it to any other profile? If it does then change that profile to Silent if that's what you want and change your old silent profile to the other one. If the function doesn't work at all then I have no other ideas for you. I use that shortcut everyday, it's great.
