Your story makes no sense. You blew a .041 but the officer did not give you the option to blow? What happened after the traffic stop? You drove away? You were picked up? You walked? Come on....some details would have been great. I'm going to guess you're under 21 That, or you simply...

Is this a trick question? I'd check with the court and make sure they've actually dropped the case, but after that.....you do nothing. Maybe be happy that you're not going to court?
