this is how it's usually done: do start, run, cmd do ipconfig your default gateway = your router (it'll be something like 192.168.1.1) go to that page in firefox. that should get you to a router settings page (where you can set wireless properties) look around for channel settings.

or just allow MS to replace it for free. Fact is, if your xbox 360 breaks out of warranty, you are going to have to pay 120 dollars to get it fixed. 120 + 400 = 520, which is still 80 dollars cheaper than the ps3.
