    So i plan on joining the army or marines in nine months and need a good workout?

    So as you can see i plan on joining the army or marines, and im not neccessarily the strong type.... yet. Can anyone help me out by giving me a workout i can do to "bulk up" or build my body up. It would really help me out alot.
