It makes no sense at all to us the viewer. It sadly makes pleanty of sense to ITV. They are making money from their massive library of films by selling the viewing rights to other channels worldwide , and by trying to get us to rent them from the ITV website , as they advertise on the main page...

I remember Silver Streak being very good - funny as well as being a great thriller - I'd like to see it again. My favourite Gene Wilder film has to be Young Frankenstein.
