So you can't even connect your bank account directly to paypal, and then transfer? It takes a week to transfer (in Canada at least), but that might possibly work, if credit cards don't? This way paypal acts as a bank account for that money, instead of just a middle man.

How stupid of those people..and its a shame because we have them everywhere and even where I live..Before I touch a dog I usually ask wether or not I can touch it because I know some people prefer their dogs not to be touched..(dont ask why) unless the dog has already came to me.. But yeah...

That is messed up. I think that the worst part is that you can't drive to work to pay all that off. You just need to work through it and find a way to get to work and pay all that ridiculous crap off. Find a co-worker or friend that could possibly take you around, just pay them money for gas...
