    Pain from 26 mile bike ride..please help!!!?

    I did a 26 mile bikeathon yesterday for charity...i havent done much exersise before that! since yesterday evening my legs are killing me... even when im not standing on them! and the knee really hurts too..especially when I stand up or sit..i am walking a bit funny too! any suggestions for pain...

    Why do my shoulders hurt after biking a far distance?

    I just did the London Bikeathon today. My shoulders were hurting more than my legs, why?! Even more so towards the end, it was unbearable?! Thanks!

    I want to plant something in my garden in south of france?
