Use a visual aid, like. Rotate your finger, pointing downwards counter-clockwise in front of the screen. I got her to switch direction for someone else that way.

It happens some times if the server is down for maintenance. As long as you can get another WU you don't have firewall problems. The completed WU will go eventually.
