no you can't. even if you get the phone unlocked, the cell service will work but that's about it and you won't be able to get it insured or repaired if something happens to it.

do you already have an AT&T account? you're very vague abt that. if so, i'm sure the phone would work but you would not be able to use any data based services if you don't have a data plan (email, internet, tv,etc). if you don't have AT&T then only the cell service will work and nothing else.

I've heard that your not able to but not sure. unfortunately T-Mobile can't assist you with this because the iphone is not their device AT&T won't help you because you're not using it on their network. maybe if you have a wi-fi connection the features may work. good luck and let me know what...
