One of my favourites and i'd say it's very underrated. Just the right amount of dark and it think it's a brilliant work of production, it takes a while to notice all the layers going on.

It's the whole marketting angle which seems to be killing any real creativity. Once an anime becomes a suprise success, in dive the execs. Certainly you'd be lucky if your female characters come out of that with any dignity. But then, we all know women are just meat to be oggled or wait around...
