    I'm going to the gym to lose weight. I'm 6 foot, 210 pounds. Should I be...

    ...eating whey protein? I focus mainly on cardio, jogging/walking on a treadmill for about 40 minutes per day. I also do a little weightlifting depending on how I'm feeling that day. My main goal is to slim down but i wouldn't mind bulking up a little too. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated!
