Between the Xperia Arc and the Xperia Neo I would recommend of course that you go for the Arc. The reason for that is because it has Larger 4.2-inch screen while the Xperia neo has a 3.7-inch screen, second is the 512MB ROM versus the 320MB for Xperia neo, and last would be the design.
