This complaint makes no sense!?! If a new firmware for ANY phone isn't out yet, people are waiting (and a lot of phones don't even have user-upgradeable firmware). Once a new firmware comes out, people are not waiting for about 15 minutes, while their phone updates and then get back to waiting...

Dont take this the wrong way but let's start with the obvious: Are you sure you inserted in correctly? Meaning, are you sure it's not upside down?
