nokia and quallcoms' cross licenseing/patent sharing contract expired. quallcom and nokia are basically in a pissing contest regarding who has better patents. I can't imagine that nokia would walk away from cdma, a "bad" negotiation with quallcom still seems to be more lucrative then no cdma...
