It was something of a corabination between Golden Week and Kanto Region. Plus Code Geass isn't run by the Big 3 stations, which also hurt ratings. Personally, it doesn't matter. Geass is one of those shows that can rely on merchandise despite ratings. It IS an Otaku show after all.

I love rave photos, you get a fair few orange chavs in tutus swarming about the place. We had clubland here a few months ago, every 13/14 year old chav in the north west seemed to go to it. I only know this from photos on Facebook.
