    Movie trailers that look good...

Aw, I found ZOOLANDER hilarious. It really had me in stitches as it really does take the p**s out of the model industry - and scarily accurate with its portrayal of male models as a whole. My biggest beef with film trailers is they give too many highlights away. Sometimes to the point where...

why is Euro music so bad compared to American music?

Well Europe dominates metal, rock, all forms of dance/trance/house, etc... and a lot of indie right now so I'm not sure what measure you are going by. we have Rap, country and top 40 rock/pop.

Neve Campbell has turned the offer down, so happy to see she has messed it up for them for now, no need for a Scream 4 at all.

    Quadrophenia - Phil Daniels

I like the scene in the pub, with the dead-end conversations between Coxy, Mark, Colin and Hayley! This also stars a very excellent (and young-looking - although in his early twenties) Tim Roth, although Oldman and Daniels would only be about 25 they look much older. If you're looking for...

First film you watched in the Cinema?

Mine was The Rescuers many years ago with my Parents, the next was Grease and then I think Superman. Ghostbusters was the first that me and my brother were allowed to go to on our own, Barnsley Odeon I think.

Naked Lunch - WHAT THE HELL?

The film is based on a combination of the book Naked Lunch, the book Junkie (which was kind of autobiographical) and Burroughs real life story. I reckon it's a work of genius!

    "Friday The 13Th"

"Friday The 13Th" I think they have all been on Sky and BBC at one point. Worth noting is that the only complete uncut one available is Part 1. The unrated version is on R2 dvd from Warner. The rest from Paramount are cut R rated versions. Unfortunately for US viewers Part 1 is also owned...

Loophole over DVD age rating law

Does this mean, when I go to the shop to buy a 15 certificate dvd film and they will not sell it to me because I have no ID when they ask me because they think I'm underage(I'm in my twenties), I can tell them where to go and they have to sell it to me? I got a bit lost in that article.

    Live Free or Die Hard

The Unrated version has actually been out in the UK since the end of October, it came out on the same day as the Theatrical version. Over here it's called the "Ultimate Action Edition" and comes in a nice silver slip sleeve. You have to shop around for it though, most shops are only stocking the...

Is there anyone here who hates indie music?

Indie music is artistically talented musicians who create music that is from the heart and soul, the music is pure in the sense that it has not been tainted by corporate influence or direction.

    3D Avatar vs. Avatar IMAX 3D ?

An important difference between the two versions is that the IMAX 3D one is 16:9, while the multiplex version is cropped to 2.35:1. So you get to see more in the IMAX version. As for screen sizes, I haven't seen IMAX 3D but I find the 3D effect is much better when sitting near the back of the...
