    I'm surprised no-one's mentioned Deus Ex so far; that had an excellent storyline in my opinion and would make a great cyber-punk movie. Also, at the risk of drifting away (slightly) from computer/console games the Warhammer 40,000 universe is surely crying out for the movie treatment.
