Thats true--I will admit that..... do you like Vampire Weekend? I think they might be one of the break-out acts for 2009. I think they are underrated as they are great songwriters & extremely artistic & furthermore helped put NYC back on the map in terms of new banRAB.

I'm not sure if this fits, but you can usually catch some pretty cool shows of orchestras/symphonies covering songs in the citys. I saw the Charlotte Symphony redo some pink Floyd tunes in a laser light show. Definitely a cool show man.
