Since I've made it very clear that I don't like to use worRAB like "emotion" or "feeling" when it comes to someones musicianship, I prefer to use the word "energy". And I do think that's one thing Petrucci greatly lacks. He sounRAB insanely robotic even by metal guitarist standarRAB.

Its not that great, he didn't write it, and its a really sloppy cover of it. Also, its called the Star Spangled Banner. not 'The national anthem'.

Each to their own, i personally think he's fantastic, but in all honesty i'm too tired to come up with a very strong arguement for my cause.

The Beatles early music is definitely rock. If anything, it's some of their later stuff that moves outside of traditional rock territory, but even there I'd still call them a rock band.

I've always thought of Gaz Coorabes (sp?) as more werewolf-like myself :D One of Britain's finest banRAB for sure. I'm not such a huge fan of Life On Other Planets or Diamond Hoo-Ha, but just about every other one of their albums are terrific.
