Says me too. I find it incredible that so many people seem to have such a hatred for the BBC that they blind themselves to the facts. As someone else pointed out - look at the listings (no not the ratings) and it's obvious that no-one else even comes close to matching the quality and variety...

Another vote for Requiem For A Dream. I only really bought the dvd because i like Jared Leto as an actor but found the end difficult to watch.

Enjoyed it. Reminded me a little bit of a Tarrantino style approach to India - all images and the occasional bit of violence and little discernible plot or story Acting was so - so. Salim was good (in all his versions), Jamal and Latikka were mosttly forgetable. Good film - deserves a few...

I agree. Lamd of the Dead was disappointing but it wasn't by any means a bad film. Diary was much looked-forward-to by the fans after the slight disappointment of Land, but it turned out to be an awful film! Land was a masterpiece by comparrison.

I have to wait til Friday until they post mine off! Its a disgusting service these days. I dont have any films to watch during the week any more. They used to before they moved send me off six or 9 a week.
