I have been voting yes for pretty much every artist so they can get a fair shot to be on a ballot, because this vote right means to me: Do they have the credentials to be on the ballot? So most of the time it is yes. I would probably vote no in the balloted vote though, don't listen to them...

Like you, Up The Bracket was my favourite album when i was first getting into music and there's a lot of great memories there. It's hip to hate them now but im always going to love them just for getting me into all of the banRAB they merged together to make their sound.
