Sport motorcycle group, let harley in?

I guess that would depend on whether she is willing to ride the speed limit, and how much you plan to exceed it. If she is a proficient rider and you choose to obey speed limits, I can't see how she would "slow you down". The delux is very capable of speeds over 90mph, and very few sport riders...

Ducati dealers first in customer treatment! H-D riders how do you feel?

Like I give a spit. i'm sure Ducati's are fine bikes, but I have no desire to own one. Same goes for a triumph speed triple. I also have no complaints on the service at my local H-D dealer. As a matter of fact, they will often stay late to fix a problem if the rider is traveling. By the way, I...

Do H-D riders spend more money on H-D Brand swag or on thier bikes?

Bart, are you still wandering around harley shops? Just can't get the longing for a harley out of your system, huh? If you are ever going to afford a harley, you will have to give up the job at mcdonalds and make some serious money. I know that might be hard to do, you having to repeat the...

1976 HARLEY DAVIDSON XLH OIL PROBLEM CRANKCASE OIL MIXING OVER TO PRIMARY CASE?

If engine oil is getting over into your primary, it is probably coming in thru the crankshaft bearing seal. I don't think there is a check valve from the engine to the primary cover. you may need to replace the crankshaft seal. re:Bart...XLH is a sportster, and was never built with a panhead...

What is considered high mileage on a Harley Davidson motorcycle engine?

Because of the amount of people who buy and own Harleys that they seldom ride. The most common mileages seen are 5-10,000 on a 3-5 yr old bike. that really doesn't tell you what high mileage is, though. I would consider 60 to 70,000 miles to be high mileage on any harley under 6 years old...

Do Harley Davidson Owners "READ" their Owners Manual for their bike?

I don't know how old the manual you are reading from is, but synthetic is allowed in your harley, and harley makes synthetic. You can also run non H-D synthetic without voiding the warranty, as long as you run a comparable grade. that goes for non synthetic as well. Years ago, when synthetic...
