    how to recover my lost screen login password for sony viao laptop.... pls help?

    i have a sony viao laptop,,,, long back i have created a user login password for it, after 1year im using the laptop... i forgot my password, and now unable to login to my laptop.... im afraid as it contains lot of imp data on its hard drive...... i have not even made a password recovery cd...
