eMule is very good, it does not use much CPU power but you have to be patient with it, eventually (if you customize settings such as max ammount of sources per file etc, you will get fast downloads after 30 minutes). http://forum.filenexus.com/ is the equivalent forum to Kazaa-Lite for eMule...
