    The Neverending Story

I always preferred the Neverending Story 2.:o Maybe that's because the lead actor (RIP) was cute as hell :D

    Films that are too dark?

AVP2 was ridiculous, way too dark, maybe it was to hide just how crap it was.

    Snakes On A Plane - Saturday 17th January - Channel 4 10.00pm

    The Queen

Yes, I remember it well - I was there! My point is that it took a much more sympathetic view of the queen than was true of the time; It took a more positive view of Diana in that (at the time) people were beginning to feel quite ambivalent about her - it was her sudden death which catapulted...

Chronicals Of Narnia 2 - Prince Caspian

Have to agree on the best Narnia book. But, i have to say that i'm a bit disappointed with the movie. It's still lacking the thrills and chills i got from the book.

The worst film of 2003 so far is?

Signs was laughable! These aliens come to earth, they make crop circles to navigate by  Fer chrissakes, WE have satellite navigation. If they have mastered interstellar travel, WTF would they need crop circles? Also - Water dissolves them! What would they want with Humans or Earth...

    Sci-Fi recommendations

See I was kind of going for a specific type of film: Think 2001: a space oddessy, first contact, mission to mars from the alien point of view and AI, time machine and bicentennial man from the future. Something a bit slower paced that is more science/exploration and less action/war.

what film have you seen the most?

Generally I never watch movies twice but I do have some exceptions - Cinema Paradiso - it's a feat of excellence. Can't believe I'm owning up to this - Face Off I adore Nicholas Cage but the quirky 'which one is which' always gets me. Carousel - I've never seen it except through a flood of...

World Wrestling Entertainment Discussion X (Spoilers)

Blimey, completely forgot about Mike Adamle. His time as GM was a bit of a mess from what I remember, wasn't it?

    Midsomer Murders

I couldn't really see the point of bringing in Cully again last week. At one time some the plots centred around the different jobs she had, or undesirable blokes she knew. Last week Joyce just needed to borrow her car.

    Superman III

Well, Superman III was not released on Bluray, so you can forget about getting a Bluray sourced HD rip. The best you can get is the HDTV sourced rip available at Hdbits. It's 4.37 GB with 4 seeders. The name of the torrent is Superman III 1983 720p OAR HDTV x264-JAVLiU. The bad news is that...

George Lucas "Indy 5 will not focus on LeBoeuf..."

See... Maybe I'm just forgiving, but I still have no problem with Shia, Connery (although it's hard to divorce the character form the actor), Shorty, the Ewoks or even Jake Lloyd's twee Anakin. Willie Scott was irritating, but was kind of supposed to be. Jar Jar can sod off, though. As a side...

    Read this (LOL)

Some old jokes I found in a text file in one of my old and lost-since-1996 disks . This year's "Arrogance in Marketting" Award... .. goes to Microsoft. On pg. 5 of the DOS 6 manual: "Upgrading from OS/2 to MS-DOS 6" "I STILL REMENBER MY FATHER'S LAST WORDS",....... "DON'T , SON , THAT...
