I take a nap practically every weekday...not so much on weekends. I start work at 3pm, so I usually crawl into my bed around 12:30pm and nap until a few minutes before 2pm. However, I wake up each weekday morning at 4:30am (to go to the gym for my workout)...so that's probably why I'm ready...

Fatigue is definitely a side effect, happens to me every time. Not so sure about the others. Keep drinking plenty of water and eating foods high in iron. If this gets any worse or lasts more than a couple of weeks, definitely see a doctor.
