Depends on the K&N you buy. If compatible to OEM then probably no but if you buy G-mans K&N then I would have to say yes. My K&N opening is at least 4 times larger over stock, big difference in the amount of air that is pumped into the jugs. Some guys but K&N stock replacement then cut out...
