Got it! There were 2 calibrations involved: 1) a/c and rear wash buttons (took me long time to realize I had to make sure a/c button was off before pressing again because a/c and recirc lights were blinking, the problem I was actually trying to solve); then 2) rear wash and rear wiper buttons...

Thanks guys! Changed the climate control panel (got a used one from junkyard) and a/c is now turning on and off. I Never suspected that because the a/c button is working (light turns on when pressed) and fan direction changes with the turn of switch. I still have one problem, though. All the...
