    Thriller

    "Death Sentence" is just out on DVD. Kind of "Death Wish" meets "Taxi Driver". Politically, the film could've gone a lot further to show the law is flawed when it comes to criminals and vigilantes, but other than that, you can't fault the tense setup and bloody action scenes.

    30 Days of Night on Bravo

    The BBFC actually upgraded it to an 18 certificate for the DVD release after numerous complaints stating that it was too violent for a 15 whilst at the cinema. Good film imo, not amazing or anything, but definitely a good entry into the vampire/horror genre.

    Favorite Horror movie??

    Did anyone see a movie called Session 9 with David Caruso? I think it must have gone straight to DVD cos I don't recall it being shown at the cinema. Very creepy and atmospheric. If you prefer your horror psychological, then you will probably like this movie.
