    Restore 3G ipod to 4.0? JAILBREAK?

    I have 3.1.3 ipod touch that has been downgraded to 3.1.2 and jailbroken with blackra1n. I've been wanting to restore the ipod because it's been lagging greatly. Can I restore it to 4.0, NOT 4.0.2, and jailbreak it without losing any of my files? HOW can I do this?
