As stated by the article I linked, asking for your ID does not constitute illegal search and seizure. When you're with someone that is being arrested, the police have reasonable cause to search your person as well. Also stated in the article I posted. Neither violate your civil rights.

The Weed laws ARE bullshit. That sucks TheCorruptor. America needs to grow up, I'm with ya there. Talk about all the money spent on bullshit while other actual crimes are going unsolved.
