Being black has nothing to do with it. They made great music.

It's so unfocused though, and not the cool kind. They try to expand too much and a lot of their diverse songs are generic.

Cliche I know, but this is definitely someone I think everyone should have SOMETHING by at the very least. I could probably listen to 'Kiss' and 'Sometimes It Snows in April' the rest of my life and never get tired of either.
