alright, so I have a horrible time understanding math. changing y=ax²+bx+c to y=a(x-p)²+q I've been understanding. but y=x²-16 I am just not getting. (not having another x is confusing me :S) I came up with y=-(x+4)² ? Is that right?

i heard about all the great benefits of fish oil and started taking them about a week ago. to get the most benefit do I take them before or after meals? also is it better to take before or after exercising? thanks :)
