I hated internals. They were probably one of the worst things I ever experienced, right after cramps. Hell my contractions (when I felt them) weren't as bad as my cramps. How sad is that? I feel for ya hon. I wish I could help you out since I'm still on maternity leave. :hug2:

If you don't want to give her the attention she seeks, then don't. Ignore her. If she is cutting for the attention, she will eventually stop if she doesn't get any. If she is cutting because of extreme emotional pain, and therapy didn't help her, then it is unlikely that you could help her...

There's a brewery in Denver called New Belgium that makes some pretty awesome beers. (They make Fat Tire, too.) My husband and his shop went on a beer tasting tour down there, they said it was pretty much amazing. Myself, if I'm going to drink a beer, Pabst is about the only thing I can stomach.
