I just got bitten by a dog and it bled. I cleaned the puncture wound with soap and water, and then wiped it with an alcohol wipe and doused it with rubbing alcohol. While I expected the alcohol to be painful, I couldn't feel a thing. Why? I put the alcohol on like 20 minutes after the dog bit me.

I was watching tv guide and saw a filler story about Betty White and the narrator sounded like Mary Alice, but not quite the same. Does the same actress do both narrations?
