    I'll second the recommendation for the E70-2. You'd be giving up overseas roaming, but it does have a 2MP camera (quality is sort of typical for a camera phone), and wifi. Just be sure to get the E70-2 (U.S. version - GSM 850/1800/1900). Not sure where you can find one for US$300 though.
