they were an excellent bike in there time.they still go strong BUT you cant restrict it to a 125cc,its imposable... but what ive heard people do is to send away the log book and update the docs as a ''125cc'', replacement engine ..it will come back as a 125 and you can ride it on a learner...

there in a bad place and rust eats the nuts/bolts....you may have to grind/power file off the nuts,remove the barrel and rethread the exhaust stud holes.

10 out of 10 for trying mate..but i dont think you'll find one.. personally ide get the 90 fixed and keep the 50cc one for a food mixer!....good luck.
