There are 1TB flash drives, they just don't fit in a 2.5 inch (notebook drive size) form factor yet and require a 3.5 inch (standard desktop drive size) form factor.
You forgot to describe the problem. All you tell us is that for some reason it isn't working. Well, what exactly are you doing? And what exactly goes wrong?
How you fix it depends on what you really want to do. Why would you want your server to run PHP code from someplace else? That's a massive security hole. You should put the PHP code you want to run on that server and include it by filename, not URL.
Instead of telling us what you're not talking about, why don't you tell us what you *are* talking about? That way, we might be able to help you find what you're looking for.

Describing a problem with words like "it just doesn't work" isn't helpful. You have to tell us *exactly* what you tried and exactly why and how it didn't work.
