How you fix it depends on what you really want to do. Why would you want your server to run PHP code from someplace else? That's a massive security hole. You should put the PHP code you want to run on that server and include it by filename, not URL.

Where is the HTML file? Are you trying to retrieve it from a web server or read it from the local filesystem?

Immediately copy everything off of it and get a new flash drive. 8GB flash drives cost less than $20, so there's really no point in repairing them.

Describing a problem with words like "it just doesn't work" isn't helpful. You have to tell us *exactly* what you tried and exactly why and how it didn't work.
