use a degreaser. wd40 usually works and wont strip your paint. water with high pressure works too. i would squirt wd40 in the handle and scrape the mustard out with a tooth pick.

i think specialized is better but on this case, i would go with specialized. its cheaper with a better frame, tires and rear deraillure
