    Their is a instrument in you condenser that restricts the airflow to the vents in the car That must have gone bad i can't think of the proper name but if you go to auto zone or something they will know what you are talking about and be able to get you a new one....

    It is most likely the alarm and if you don't know where the valet switch is which i assume you don't you could try and disconnect the battery and let sit for about 5 min and then reconnect and that should have restarted anything electrical.

    I have the same feeling you do.More than likely it is bad fuel because if the fuel pump kicks on and bring it up to 58psi that means the pump is working and there is fuel. So the fuel probably has water built up in it if it has ethanol and has been sitting
