The viewing restrictions for a 15A being what?

Is there a way to restrict the number of upload connections on my client? All the upload threads are pressing my overall bandwith and almost no data is transfered over the line (Especially the download rate is lousy. :-) Just a question of a newbie. Would be fine if someone lends me a helping...

Managed to see it last night, i've been waiting to watch it since i heard the film was being made and have to admit i was dissapointed, yes lots of action, fighting, explosions, all them hollywood stars in one film yet i just felt a little let down with the film. Much prefeared the 1986 film...

I dreaded going, but went anyway. The story wasn't the best but I got caught up in the idea of the main character, Jake, being free and strong in this beautiful world and then having to return to his wheelchair at the end of each day. It's a beautiful looking film if nothing else appeals.
