Saw this a couple of days ago as part of the Glasgow Film Festival and i've thought about the film ever since. It's not out in the UK till April but this really is a fantastic film. It's Swedish and has subtitles but don't let that put you off! It will mostly be sold as a vampire film but...

Did you not think that standing silently like that throughout the film added to her scaryness? I thought it was quite effective, she definately looked menacing, and no one would have stood a chance with her in any way!

I've got the extended version on DVD and love it. I may upgrade when that version comes out. I hope the transfers will be better on the extended version if this blu-ray isn't getting the best reviews.
