This is the talkback thread for "Sgt. Frog" The Invasion Has Begun!.
A little suprirsed FUNi didn't keep the Eva parody considering they own the property now.
Yikes! I hope you get a good grade after suffering like that.
Bad news. Ashley has caught her first cold. :( She's holding up but I just hate seeing her like this. The doctor says she should be better by Monday. I hope he's right.
I think he/she means when the characters talk, they hardly, if ever, make any other expressions, they make no gestures, and they barely blink. They just look stiff while talking. And their mouths just flap like a fish.
Some people are just used to the norm, this series breaks the mould with it's fighting style.
It wasn't an action episode, but there was important stuff in it, also the ending was pretty emotional.
When I started watching it and Teito escaped I thought it would be about them chasing him around the country.
If they are anything Like Frau's then I can't wait, I want to see Frau in that form fighting Ayanami.
Stag also highly recommended with its customary experimental sludge metal, its also from the same period.
Another highly recommended listen is Lysol and includes a cover version of the classic Alice Cooper song "Ballad of Dwight Fry" to boot as well.
Well, I mean I'd quote everything I've typed in here just to make sure its logical, but well, you know what? **** it. just forget it. you win. nickleback is awesome. Good luck on your algebra quiz tomorrow.
Sickness is got heavier songs.
Believe's got more of the melodies.
They are both awesome albums but I think the Sickness is just a tad better than Believe.
They all rock though!!
dylan, young, cobain, hendrix would all be on my list. adam duritz (counting crows) would definitely be on my list, good songs in terms of lyrics by them, off the top of my head: round here, black and blue. clapton had some amazing lyrics too.
