Damnit I really want to get my hands on a ps3 for this game

and Forbes is gushing over the Wii as a potential money fountain for Nintendo. There is no point in looking at reviews of the next gen consoles until they are out for a year, have more games out and played by the public, and work out any bugs (ala PS2 heat issues) with the first stage consoles.

not sure where you live, but you need to find out what the laws on this are, i think you can insist on a mailing adress if they call again, then send a certified letter, say you have NO connection with him and if they contact you or anyone that can impact you you will seek legal advice to deal...
